    The Client Account Manager is a highly organized and professional individual who will be providing day-to-day customer service and superior client satisfaction while working closely with a Senior Client Account Manager and the Client Services Team Manager.

    Responsibilities

    • Processes payroll in an accurate and timely fashion, maintains client folders, reviews, and verifies client new employee packets
    • Promptly responds to client inquiries via telephone and email regarding payroll and benefits administration to answer and resolve any and all questions and concerns that arise and if need be escalate questions to the Senior Client Account Manager or proper department head.
    • Provides timely and accurate administration of benefits plans to include enrollments, invoice reconciliation, terminations, Flex Benefits, COBRA compliance, and open enrollment notification
    • Coordinates with the Benefits Department on client benefits including open enrollments, renewals, changes, and terminations for benefits programs including medical, life, dental, disability, and 401k
    • Maintains the electronic files for our clients, on the firm’s internal hard-drive
    • Performs data entry and maintenance of all client information into ADP payroll systems
    • Inputs benefit administration data on carriers’ websites
    • Updates the firm’s internal database on an ongoing basis
    • Prepares various payroll, benefits, and other reports as requested
    • Runs the payrolls for the employees of our clients on a weekly, bi-weekly or semi-monthly basis
    • Ensures procedures are done in compliance with firms HIPAA policy.
    • Continues to educate oneself on new aspects and areas of compliance in payroll, benefits and human resources as the opportunity arises. 
    • Enter work into internal tracking system
    • Utilize internal tracking system to retrieve work in priority order
    • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential task satisfactorily.

    Qualifications

    • Experience with ADP PayX, ADP Workforce Now, and HRB is highly preferred
    • Developed computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Superior customer service skills, strong analytical skills, excellent organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail
    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at multi-tasking
    • Reliable and meets all required deadlines
    • Personable, a good listener, and able to effectively communicate with all staff and client types through both written and verbal means
    • Possesses initiative, is eager to learn, has high energy, and a drive for success
    • Works efficiently both independently and as a member of a larger team
    • Exhibits a high level of confidentiality and integrity
    • Willing and flexible to help with any urgent issues that happen to arise at HR Knowledge, even if they fall outside the Client Account Manager’s usual daily role at the firm
