    Our client, Xovis, is an innovative and successful Swiss high-tech company that develops and manufactures its own person tracking technology. Their video-based, 3D optical sensors are used in the retail and airport industry. They are doing business worldwide and have established an office in Cambridge, MA.


    Xovis’ customers in the United States are retail integrators that use the Xovis technology in their portfolio. To serve these customers even better, we are looking for an Account Manager with a passion for travel who is willing to go the extra mile. Your job will be to nourish existing and build new relationships with customers and accompany these retail integrators through the integration of Xovis’ products into their portfolio. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about retail to be part of a growing dynamic and energetic team in a thriving industry.


    • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with new and existing retail integrators across the United States, Canada, and LATAM
    • Work closely with the client to understand their particular business needs and demonstrate the value that Xovis can add
    • Address and resolve any client concern throughout to ensure the best possible experience with the system
    • Do whatever it takes to close the deal and move forward with an implementation of the Xovis technology


    • At least 5 years of experience in the retail industry
    • Experience in account management, business development, client relationship management, or another similar field
    • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field from an accredited university
    • A track record of success developing accounts and managing technical projects
    • A technical background and profound IT knowledge
    • Outgoing personality and outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Skilled use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • German language skills a plus
    • Ability to travel 40% of the time, domestically and internationally
