    We provide full-cycle recruiting and in this position, you will be involved in the recruitment process from beginning to end. We are looking for someone who is confident, well-spoken and highly credible that can engage directly with our clients; it is vital that the person in this role excels at listening carefully, giving expert advice and managing the client’s expectations at every stage. Most importantly, you will be a proven networking that can combine your resourcing knowledge with an in-depth understanding of the client to develop efficient and effective resourcing strategies that meet their requirements every time.  You will be motivated and results-driven with a thorough understanding of applicant tracking systems, impeccable Microsoft Office skills, and a strong knowledge of the recruiting process and applicable legal requirements.


    • Identify diverse, top level talent through sourcing methods which include direct sourcing, networking, job boards, referrals, online resources including social media and professional associations
    • Prepare and document all necessary paperwork for the Hiring Process Management (HPM) process, ensuring that all documentation is completed correctly and in a timely manner
    • Strategically partner with hiring managers to direct recruiting initiatives
    • Assist with creating the job description, opening in our Applicant Tracking System, posting to job boards and opening projects in LinkedIn
    • Maintain a network of active candidates and source inactive candidates
    • Work with Recruiting Team Lead to seek out new, innovative avenues to reach potential candidates
    • Strategically partner with hiring managers to direct recruiting initiatives and coordinate the interview process
    • Connect with client ownership and management to explain our recruiting process and how we can meet their particular staffing needs
    • Review and screen resumes of candidates
    • Schedule and conduct detailed phone interviews with all relevant candidates to discuss the job opportunity and gain a high-level understanding of their skills, qualifications, and character
    • Prepare Candidate Profiles to present to client. Coordinate interviews with candidates via phone and in-person
    • Accurately maintain all HPM documentation through our Applicant Tracking System, Smartsheet, etc
    • Conduct comprehensive pre-employment references of candidates
    • Schedule and facilitate weekly check in calls with clients, providing updates on candidates and hours to date
    • Consistently gather weekly, and final recruiting metrics
    • Manage the offer process by presenting both verbal and written offer packages to the candidate and negotiating offer details on behalf of the candidate
    • Distribute and follow up on paperwork needed for onboarding new employees; coordinate and conduct virtual onboarding
    • Develop trusted relationships with our clients and all job applicants; manage the relationship between them from initial contact through the employee’s first day
    • Work with Recruiting Team Lead to review current processes and identify opportunities to streamline and improve service
    • Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual recruiting reports as requested


    • 1-3 years related experience, preferrably in technical recruitment
    • Effective leadership skills with the ability to inspire collective success
    • Excellent organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, strong administrative and analytical skills
    • Exhibits a high degree of confidentiality and integrity

    • Strong written communication skills including the composition of emails, notes, candidate profiles, and other client and internal communications.
    • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
