    We are currently looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic Benefits Services team. The Implementation Specialist is responsible for all aspects of technical implementation work as it pertains to ADP HRB, Portal and Workflows.

    Responsibilities

    • Answer technical questions as it relates to benefit, portal and workflow setups for both new implementations and open enrollments for members of Benefit Tech Team and Client Services with guidance from Senior Implementation Specialist and Team Lead
    • Troubleshoot technical issues as they may arise pertaining to HRB, Portal and Workflows with guidance from Senior Implementation Specialist and Team Lead
    • Implement Benefit Open Enrollment setups for assigned base of clients, including but not limited to build/update benefit plans and open enrollment related tools in HRB with guidance from Senior Implementation Specialist and Team Lead
    • Assist with implementation of new client Implementations, Upgrades and Optimizations of HRB, Portal and Workflow, including but not limited to determine benefit eligibility groups based on set HRK and ACA guidelines, build benefit plans, assist with benefit enrollments, assist with auditing of deduction costs, setup of workflows, create permission groups, add standard content, post company policies, and other required steps as outlined in the project plan with guidance from Senior Implementation Specialist and Team Lead
    • Develop custom report writing skills pertaining to census files for carrier updates, etc.
    • Routinely interact/collaborate with other HRK business groups in a helpful and productive manner
    • Assist in implementing ADP recruitment and performance management modules as required
    • Perform HRB system administration tasks, as needed, with guidance from Senior Implementation Specialist and Team Lead
    • Develop a strong knowledge and understanding of HRB processes and procedures
    • Stay up-to-date on ADP enhancements as they pertain to HRB, Portal and Workflow
    • Oversee and ensure accurate setup of the ACA module for new clients meeting the 50 or more full-time employee criteria
    • Assist client services with questions regarding ACA ongoing maintenance throughout the year
    • Perform ACA year end 1095 audit, form review and approvals

     

    Qualifications

    Education, Certifications and Licensure

    • Degree in HR, HRIS or another related field from an accredited university, though specific experience, when applicable, can be substituted for required degree is required

    Minimum Technical Skills and Experience

    • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be willing and able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily
    • At least 2 to 3 years prior HRIS or related experience required
    • Excellent critical thinking skills and adaptive technical ability required
    • At least 1 to 2 years of previous experience in HR or Benefits is preferred, but not required
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
