    Davitt Design is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. The primary role of this position will be to develop, implement and maintain effective marketing budgets and strategies for promoting Davitt Design Build and Davitt Insurance Restoration.


    • Prepare annual marketing plan, calendar, and budget
    • Chair monthly marketing meetings between staff
    • Liaison between outside marketing firm and the company
    • Develop, implement and maintain creative marketing strategies, including direct mail, print advertising, local and national media coverage, quarterly newsletters, award entry submissions, open houses, web and social media
    • Track and assess lead generation costs
    • Educate personnel on “long arm” of marketing (i.e. appearance, behavior, manners, vehicular)
    • Develop and implement marketing scripts for all employees to foster a culture of a clear and concise marketing message
    • Manage “before” and “after” photography files for use in annual design and building award entries. Interview project team members, homeowners and when selected, accompany photographer(s) on shoots
    • Set up and maintain photographic files for multi-use marketing applications
    • Issue and track job completion questionnaires
    • Secure letters of recommendation from customers
    • Sales calls to adjustors, agents, realtors, etc
    • Generate positive media coverage at least every 8 weeks
    • Comply with annual marketing budget
    • Garner the majority of industry awards in select residential and design categories
    • Generate positive feedback from industry peers, past and new customers


    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or publishing
    • Five years of related experience in marketing and/or publishing
    • Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods; including alternative ways to inform via written, oral, and visual media
    • Knowledge of the publishing world and the ability to gain access to the right editor at the right time
    • Knowledge of media buying, positioning, scheduling, and contracting
    • Knowledge of digital imaging, printing, and publishing
    • Excellent writing skills
    • A positive and outgoing personality able to work in a team oriented atmosphere
