    NOBULL is currently seeking an experienced Color Designer to join their design team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a color, pattern, and graphics strategy for NOBULL’s products. This is an ideal position for a creative multi-tasker capable of prioritizing complex activities on a deadline.


    • Develop seasonal color strategy in collaboration with creative leadership and design team
    • Implementation of colorways on footwear, apparel and accessories
    • Oversees product creation process in regard to maintaining the initial color vision of product all the way to production
    • Works closely with our development teams in the US as well as Asia
    • Partners with graphic designers on creation of patterns and graphics to be used on product


    • 3-5 years of color design experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or another relevant field
    • Professional graphic design background is a plus
    • Fluent in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
    • Knowledge of CrossFit or athletics is a plus
    • Experience in a start-up environment is a plus
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
