    NOBULL is currently seeking a Store Manager to help open and operate a pop-up retail store in Manhattan. This individual will be responsible for the strategic implementation, set up, and day-to-day operation of this temporary retail location. Aside from managing the store, NOBULL needs a leader in developing local brand awareness and community relations. This is an ideal position for someone who loves community engagement and has a passion for fitness and inspiring others to take a “no excuses” approach to life.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with NOBULL’s corporate team to plan and execute the set-up of a temporary retail location
    • Train and manage a staff of full and part time retail associates
    • Plan and set up product displays and marketing materials so as to maximize
    • Establish store-wide sales objectives and work to meet them
    • Manage staff scheduling, sales operations, and other day-to-day operations
    • Control product inventory, predict upcoming needs, and place orders to keep up with demand
    • Bring expertise and enthusiasm for NOBULL’s products

    Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of related prior experience in business, marketing & retail management
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
    • Ability to multi-task and coordinate ongoing projects, plans and people
    • Positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm for NOBULL’s brand and products
    • CrossFit background, strong knowledge of the sport of CrossFit
    • Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends
    • Proven entrepreneurial drive and experience
    • Excellent people skills and business etiquette – ability to relate to and engage people
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Strong self-starter, ability to work independently, self-manage time and priorities, ability to work with a team locally and remotely
    • Open to learning and growing independently and from feedback
    • Excited to introduce our NOBULL culture into community through brand awareness, community events
    • Proven ability to think outside of the box while being adaptable and agile; always driven and taking initiative
    • Proficient in Sell-thru and communicating product needs
    • Committed to team delivering incredible guest experience over short amount of time
    • Familiar with or from NYC

     

    ** Please note, this is a full time, temporary position lasting between one and three months and starting in May 2018. Successful completion could lead to future opportunities with NOBULL **
