    NOBULL is currently seeking an E-commerce Associate to help implement ongoing website optimization tools. As a growing e-commerce business, the ability to meet and improve upon conversion goals while maintaining an outstanding user experience is crucial to NOBULL’s continued success, and the E-commerce Associate plays an essential role in that process.

    Responsibilities

    • Support NOBULL’s marketing team in all existing practices
    • Use data driven analysis to understand customer behaviors and identify areas for optimization
    • Implement new digital applications to increase automation and personalization
    • Maintain and update website optimizations including in-site search engine optimization, executing and maintaining SEO strategy, site copy, and overall functionality
    • Proactively manage all quality assurance tasks relating to the site’s accuracy and consistency
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • 2 – 3 years of professional experience in a direct to consumer e-commerce business
    • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required
    • Experience in an entrepreneurial start-up environment preferred
    • Working knowledge of Shopify or other B2C web applications
    • Superb attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Professional verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task and complete tasks thoroughly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
