NOBULL is currently seeking an Operations Associate to oversee and execute a variety of logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain activities. As a fast-growing e-commerce business, the ability to effectively distribute their products is essential to NOBULL’s ongoing success. The Operations Associate will be central to this distribution and supply chain management operation.


  • Manage NOBULL inventory and fulfillment alongside a third-party logistics (3PL) company
  • Effectively plan and execute supply chain activities domestically and internationally
  • Work with internal logistics partner to plan the import of products and materials from overseas
  • Serve as a liaison between NOBULL’s internal teams, supply and distribution vendors, and national customer base
  • Support the customer service team’s order fulfillment activities
  • Other duties as assigned


  • 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in operations, supply chain management, or another related field
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required
  • Experience in an entrepreneurial start-up environment a plus
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP/fulfillment software systems strongly preferred
  • Superb attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to multi-task and complete tasks thoroughly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
