Our client, Xovis is an innovative and successful Swiss high-tech company that develops and manufactures its own person tracking technology. Their video-based, 3D optical sensors are used in the airport and retail industry. They are doing business worldwide and are opening their first office in the Boston area.

To serve Xovis’ airport customers in the United States even better, we are looking for a Business Development Manager with a passion for travel who is willing to go the extra mile. Your job will be to establish and build relationships with new customers and accompany these airports through a pilot phase of the Xovis system with the ultimate goal of closing the deal. This is the perfect opportunity for an entrepreneurial professional with a passion for travel and the aviation industry.


  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with new and existing airport clients across the United States
  • Work closely with the client to understand their particular business needs and demonstrate the value that Xovis can add
  • Set up and accompany the clients through a pilot phase with the Xovis Passenger Tracking System
  • Address and resolve any client concerns throughout the pilot phase to ensure the best possible experience with the system
  • Do whatever it takes to close the deal and move forward with a full implementation of the Xovis Passenger Tracking System


  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, or another similar field
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field from an accredited university, preferred
  • Experience working with or in the aviation industry a plus
  • A track record of success developing sales opportunities and managing technical projects
  • A technical background and profound IT knowledge
  • German language skills a plus
  • Outgoing personality and outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel 40% of the time, domestically and internationally
